When you think of class - you think jam packed, with the intention to just leave feeling like you’ve used a lot of energy.
That’s not this.
Our classes follow the same method our expert coaches use on 1:1 programming. This means they are programmed in four week blocks and based around strength training movements.
These classes are capped at 8 people. YES, just 8!
This means we can alter the program for individual requirements AND we can actually ensure you are learning to lift if you are beginner or progressing if you are a little more advanced.
We also understand that life gets in the way, so along with our class program you get FULL access to our gym floor and program access. This means, you can make up your session on your own time if it suits you better that day/week.
