Our vision was to bridge the gap between overcrowded commercial gyms and class based fitness centres.

We have prioritised our facility, our layout and our equipment to ensure our members can train on their own terms, in an environment that encourages individualised training while still providing a supportive community.

Our facility includes:

  • 8 squat racks

  • 2 deadlift platforms

  • Cross cable

  • Multi-station cable with speciality attachments including mag bars

  • Lower body specific machines: Leg extension, seated leg curl, lying leg curl, GHD extension, 45 degree back extension, reverse hyper, leg press, sissy squat, t-bells

  • Upper body specific machines: Bench pull, pec/rear delt fly, plate loaded chest press, plate loaded row, preacher curl

  • Cardio: 2 assault bikes, rower

  • Dumbbells from 1-45kgs

  • Fixed barbells - 10-40kgs

  • 13 Olympic barbells - IPF standard

  • Premium bumper plates

  • Cast iron weight plates

  • Change plates: 0.5kg, 1kg, 1.5kgs, 2.5kgs

  • Functional equipment: Kettlebells, battle rope, slam balls, sled, steps, 12’ boxes, power bands, ab-whell roll out, sliders, recovery tools

  • Specialty barbells: trap bar, swiss bar, safety bar, ez bars, tricep bar

  • Private classroom for all strength classes off the gym floor (open to members outside of class hours)

  • Showers

  • Unstaffed access: 7 days/week gym accessibility
